Booking & Payments
To reserve a package, you can submit an enquiry form online. Our team will verify date availability and email/WhatsApp you the invoice and payment link. A 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking, and the remaining 70% is due at the start of the tour.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation 10 days before departure: 100% refund of advance.
- Cancellation 5 to 9 days before departure: 50% refund of advance.
- Cancellation less than 5 days before departure: No refund of advance.
Forest Rules & Guidelines
Sundarbans is a protected Tiger Reserve and national park. Travelers must strictly follow these rules:
- Do not litter plastic or garbage in the forest or rivers.
- Do not feed or disturb wild animals.
- Consumption of alcohol inside the core forest area is strictly prohibited.
- Listen carefully to your government-authorized forest guide.
